Services offered

I offer in-person sessions from my comfortable therapy room in Scissett, Huddersfield. There is free parking, and the room is on the first floor, accessed by 13 steps. I also offer online sessions using Google Meet, providing an effective alternative for those who cannot attend in person

 

Sessions are usually one hour long and take place weekly; however I am flexible about this and together we can explore your needs and arrange a set of sessions that works for you.

I offer sessions both online and in person from my therapy room in Scissett. 
I can also offer outdoor "walk and talk" sessions.

Getting Started


Choosing the right counsellor is a significant step in your therapy journey.  I offer a free initial meeting (20 minutes) where you can ask any questions, and we can decide if we are good fit to work together.  If you feel I might be able to help or you would like to find out more, please send me an email—I am happy to explore this with you.
